But the problem is, since I applied for asylum, they took my passport to keep in foreign police and they gave to me receipt to get my passport back by. It was since 2017 and now my passport is already expired. And I’m afraid if I went to foreign police to take my passport back, they will arrest me or deport me. So what should I do in this case? And what the steps that I should take to get any type of resident visa to stay legally in Slovakia?
